Here is what you need to know -

Scheduling

All of our services are scheduled ONLINE using our online booking platform ‘Vagaro’ www.vagaro.com/thebeautifullifexo and require a valid Credit Card and forms to be filled out.

If we are booked for a desired time, please add yourself to our waitlist in Vagaro for each day/time frame you are interested in being contacted for. Our waitlist is the quickest way to be contacted and first clients that will be offered if an appointment time opens.

Payments

For the safety of our guests- we do not accept walk-in appointments, scheduling, or consultations. We do not carry cash on premises and services are charged via credit card, debit card, or tap to pay.

Cancellations

All appointments require a 24 hour minimum cancellation via the online portal system ‘vagaro’. Email, and confirmation text reminders are sent, unless client unsubscribes to notifications. Last minute cancellations/rebookings will be charged for 100% of the service.

About our space

We are an open concept lash and brow studio! Our industry was sculpted on relationships, and we welcome our clients to talk to our technicians during services (as long as the face and eyes does not flutter during delicate services). We also welcome our multitasking guests to bring EarPods to listen to music, a podcast, or a book as they relax during their appointment. We ask that the eyes remain closed during waxing, tinting, and lash services. We ask that clients do not bring guests (including children and pets), and do not talk on the phone during services.
